Job fairs are effective means of bringing several companies and numerous job aspirants at one place. It makes things easier for both parties as companies get ready access to a good pool of manpower and candidates don’t have to run from one office to another for interviews and screening procedures. From what i have seen, job fairs have been reasonably successful over the years and it’s no surprise that more are coming your way. A BPO job fair will be arranged in Bangalore on the 25th and 26th of July whereas Hyderabad and Delhi will get to host multi-industry job fairs on the 8th and 9th of August. Reputed concerns like Wipro, HCL and so on have benefited from these fairs before and job-seekers can look forward to their participation yet again. The fairs will be arranged by Timesjobs.
